It seems like everyone I talk to these days is all over the internet with their Facebook and their Twitter and their foursquare. The thing that I can’t really get in to is the Twitter craze. I have a Twitter name and I even have a few followers but I just don’t know how to work the thing. I know that you can type in a sentence or two of whatever you have to say but I just really don’t get it. Also, what is this hashtag business? I guess when you have dsl in Greeley Colorado you don’t necessarily find Twitter to be the most important thing on Earth but some of my friends think that it is. Any time we are out and something funny happens they have to send out a Tweet to let the world know about it. The other day we were at a burger boutique and my burger came out looking like a happy face so of course this picture MUST go up on Twitter as soon as possible. A picture was taken, instagrammed and then tweeted all within a matter of seconds. I kind of want life to go back to us talking to each other in person and using the internet to research things!
